ALINA ENGELMAN, PH.D.

Dr. Alina Engelman is Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at California State University, East Bay. She received her Doctor of Public Health degree (DrPH) at UC Berkeley, her MPH in Global Health at Yale University and her BA at Brown University.

She is a member of the Community Health Commission for the City of Berkeley. Her areas of interest include global health, disability-related health disparities, food security and emergency preparedness communication.
